Shipping Time

Our goal is to get the order to you as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24hrs business days, from our Doral, FL facility or from one our vendors’ facilities around the country which results in reduced shipping times.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Our Free Shipping method is available to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands and some International orders, for more details see our International Free Shipping Policy. We do not offer express shipping methods on our site, these include Next Day, 2nd Day. If you require express shipping services, contact us so we can provide you the best delivery estimate including processing time.

Order Modifications

If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, contact us immediately becasue your order will begin processing as soon we receive it, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we are to be able to make changes. If your order has been shipped we can no longer make any changes.
